Welcome to my world of pastries, pastries and more pastries.

 

Firstly , let me tell you a little bit about myself. I am a simple Bangalorean, who just loves food, music and movies. I happen to also get a kick out of 'One Piece', a adventure fiction and fantasy 

anime.

That said, this is a platform to showcase my work and journey so far. One thing that keeps me going is the fact that, I take immense pride in the process of learning new skills and implementing them on a daily basis.

I started my journey in a bakery and pastry at Bengaluru, India, only to realize that I had a lot more to learn which eventually led me to study and work in Switzerland. This learning helped me to get an opportunity to work for a renowned hotel chain and also for a life changing experience of working closely with Dominique Ansel.

After having the great experiences in the world, now was the time to start something of my own to keep my learning curve always up. So, I took that step and started from scratch again, now final I am in a place to make it official that I am a proud owner/Executive Pastry chef of Tharun Danthi Patisserie.

There is more to bake, more to experience and ho boy! I am just getting started!
